Hey, I’m Caley — the massage therapist behind Black Hills Sōl. I’ve been doing massage for over five years, and somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to create something that felt a little less like a spa and a lot more like a place you actually want to hang out. I’m big on good music, a comfortable space, and massage that’s based on what your body needs that day — not which add-ons you picked when you booked. Hot stones, hot bamboo, aromatherapy, hot towels, deep tissue… if it makes sense for your session, we use it. I don’t believe you should feel like you’re being pushed out the door the second your massage is over, either. Take a minute. Drink some water. Sit down. Stay awhile. Basically, I wanted to build the kind of massage space I’d want to go to myself.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals If you arrive after 50% of your scheduled appointment time has passed, your appointment will be considered a no-show and 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. For example: * 45-minute appointment: 23+ minutes late * 75-minute appointment: 38+ minutes late * 90-minute appointment: 45+ minutes late If you arrive late but before the 50% cutoff, your session will still need to end at the originally scheduled time.
